Another path is using new technologies like Machine learning tools that allows to fit a 3D face to a model. A possible path could be making a blender tool similar to Facebuilder in which anchor points (manually set) deformate a head mesh. I don't do it because I don't know much of 3D modelling in general. It´s possible to program a tool better than Facegen exclusively for Skyrim. So this is a message in a bottle for modders, Machine Learning programmers, and 3D artist out there. Even worse, Facegen Modeller is not cutting edge technology anymore, there are other tools (e.g Blender Facebuilder, and Daz3D) that does a better job than Facegen, but doesn´t work with custom heads meshes. I used version 3.1 and I think is not available anymore by the official website. I think this tool is awesome but at the same time it suck because Facegen Modeller it's very expensive.
